Case converter
Change text case while preserving the words
The case converter reformats capitalization without requiring you to retype the text. It is useful for headings, filenames, spreadsheet labels, social captions, code-friendly identifiers, and cleanup of text copied from inconsistent sources.
When this tool helps
- Switch text to uppercase, lowercase, title case, or sentence case.
- Normalize a list of labels before importing it into another tool.
- Create consistent headings or identifiers from mixed capitalization.
How to get a reliable result
- Paste the source text and review punctuation and intentional acronyms.
- Choose the case style that matches your destination.
- Convert, then proofread names, abbreviations, and language-specific capitalization.
Practical example
“quarterly SALES report” can become “Quarterly Sales Report” in title case or “quarterly sales report” in lowercase.
Important note
Automatic case rules cannot always identify brands, surnames, acronyms, or sentence boundaries. A final human review is recommended for published copy.
